Delivery Model

TekPages is a customer-oriented company. We treat customers as partners and their goals become ours. Our mature processes, developmental approach and “to do” approach help us bring the process to co-production. Therefore, being part of the client’s internal or dispersed development forces and seamless integration to achieve synergies is our vision of effective results-oriented cooperation. Depending on the complexity of the future project and available budget, we provide several engagement options tailored to your needs.

If your requirements from the outset are less simple or there are more dependencies that can affect solution design and project development at work, the best solution is the time and material commitment model [T&M]. If you prefer to try many processes in a system, product or game to test their outsourcing capabilities and thus resolve any doubts, we recommend this flexible model. In general, the T&M model will fit well with short-term programming projects. Services provided under this model include consulting, development and testing, with hourly rates varying depending on the skills, experience and location of the resources involved. The actual time spent on a task is correctly calculated in the time log and sent to the client in the form of regular reports. As your needs change, you can review your team to optimize costs without compromising overall team performance.

On-site delivery model

In the on-site (hybrid) delivery model, outsourcing work is divided between the on-site service provider’s center and the offshore development center, thanks to which the client gains the advantage of both types of outsourcing models. This is one of the most popular and popular outsourcing models that many companies currently use. The distribution of work depends on the type of project. Usually 20-30% of the work is carried out by the center on site, with the rest being carried out by the offshore development center.

TekPages has extensive experience and is elegant in analyzing and defining requirements in the absence of product / project documentation. TekPages has the ability to work with programmers, business analysts and clients, which is an important element of quickly understanding test requirements. The TekPages team is equipped with alternative ways to specify test requirements.

The TekPages test team conducts exploratory tests at various stages of the agile life cycle. The team is well trained to work, ask the right questions and provide valuable results in a short time.

Because the testing frequency is higher in the agile design than in the traditional programming model, the team is developing an automation structure that meets the unique requirements of the agile design. In addition, the team is successfully building an automated set of tests around the applications that enable fast iterations.
